NASCAR'S K&N PRO SERIES ROLLS OUT WEST COAST DEBUT IN ROSEVILLE
Eric Holmes in the #20, took the checkered flag at the April 2009 K&N Pro Series race at Al American Speedway.

ANTELOPE, California — The first race under the K&N Pro Series' flag will be at the All American Speedway in Roseville. K&N is not new to NASCAR and traces its involvement with NASCAR back to the days of supplying parts for the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series races at the old Riverside Speedway. 2010 marks their new title sponsorship of the former Camping World (Grand Nationals) series. The first K&N ProSeries - West race is scheduled for March 27 at the 1/3 mile oval track in Roseville. This is the second time in three years that NASCAR has scheduled the season opener of their premier driver development touring series at the All American Speedway.

"The excitement is building for this caliber of race in Roseville and it is becoming a great tradition for us. We're looking forward to having Joe Staley from the San Francisco 49ers as our grand marshal. "Bill McAnally

The Toyota/NAPA Bonus Challenge presented by A-All Mini Storage will be the opening race of the season, so drivers and crews will have had a chance to check out and fine-tune the cars after their winter hiatus. The March 27th event will also feature the Mo's Gold 125 presented by Ameripride Uniform Services 125-lap season opener for the SRL Southwest Tour Series late models and the inaugural race of the SRL Legends Tour.

Bill McAnally, who produces the race, promises 150 laps of tight competition with a field of top-name drivers again this year. "The excitement is building for this caliber of race in Roseville and it is becoming a great tradition for us. We're looking forward to having Joe Staley from the San Francisco 49ers as our grand marshal. No NASCAR team in the K&N Pro Series wants to sit out this race!"

The All American Speedway in Roseville is home track for the three Bill McAnally Racing teams who will compete this year. Eric Holmes took his second series Championship in 2008, and along with teammates Paulie Harraka and Moses Smith finished in the top seven for the season in 2009.

Paulie Harraka, one of NASCAR's Drive for Diversity drivers, took the checkered flag in the season finale at the Speedway in September and the title of 2009 Rookie of the Year. "The first race often sets the tone for the season. Winning the last race of the season also carries a lot of momentum in to the start of the new season. It would be great to win again. I'm looking forward to the race. I've had a lot of success at AAS. We always run good there. It's a good track. I'm looking to qualify on the pole and win the race."

Along with the energy of NASCAR racing on the track comes the buzz of the midway, which will open at 3:00 p.m. Fans can spend the afternoon listening to live music, shopping with the memorabilia vendors, and visiting the major exhibits provided by Toyota and other sponsors. There will be a custom car show by the Roamin' Angels. There is no charge for the public to visit the midway activities.

Tickets are now on sale, with no increase over 2008-09. Adult general admission is $35, Junior general admission age 6-11 is $15, and VIP Race and Hospitality packages are $70. Pit Passes (Friday qualifying and Saturday race) are available at $50 for general public and $45 for NASCAR members. Save $5 on adult tickets by purchasing in advance at www.billmcanallyracing.com.
