ANTELOPE, California — Eric Holmes and the No. 20 NAPA Auto Parts Toyota team next head to Phoenix International Raceway looking to win the Jimmie Johnson Foundation “100” on April 8th. The NAPA team has a record of a win and six top-five finishes at PIR and look at add to the win column.

It was a fierce battle during the 150-lap NASCAR West race at Phoenix International Raceway last year and the team is ready to take it to the checkers.
“Phoenix International Raceway is a track that I’ve always liked,” said Holmes. “We’ve come close to winning a few times. We were second last year. The NAPA Toyota Camry will run strong on the 1-mile track.”

We practice in the heat of the day so it’s a challenge for the No. 20 NAPA AUTO PARTS Toyota team from Bill McAnally Racing to get the right setup on the car to race with the cooler temperatures of the Arizona night. “We led 23 laps last year but not the most important one and we plan to change that this time.”
The Jimmie Johnson Foundation “100” will run on Thursday, April 8th at Phoenix International Raceway. The race will be televised April 22nd on SPEED Channel.
