ANTELOPE, California — Moses Smith piloted the No. 16 Hasa Pool Products/White Flyer Toyota Camry to a fourth place finish at Toyota Speedway in Irwindale, California.

The team started the weekend with Smith putting the Hasa entry from Bill McAnally Racing eighth on the time chart during both mid-day practice sessions. During the hottest part of the day, Smith qualified the car to start the King Taco “200” in fourteenth.
In less than fifteen laps, Smith navigated thru tight traffic into the top-ten. At the ten minute break at lap 100, the No. 16 Hasa Toyota was in sixth. Crew chief Mario Isola made the call to the team to first take on fuel, then tires and check the stagger before the race once again got under way. Smith made a hard charge towards the front and at lap 107, he had moved into third. The race would come under a red flag at lap 123 with Smith now running in fourth where he would finish.
"What an awesome race!” said Smith “Have to thank my crew for all the hard work they have put in to turn our luck around. We are really on a roll, and it showed sat night in front of over 400 Hasa fans. I am excited to keep this momentum going heading into another road course in 2 weeks."
Hasa Pool Products hosted a hospitality tent at the speedway. Over 400 Hasa customers and employees were visited by Smith prior to the race for a private autograph session. BMR and the No. 16 Hasa Toyota team thanks them for their continued support as Smith moves closer to his goal of winning the 2010 NACAR K&N Pro Series West championship. Smith is fourth in the chase and seven points out of third.

The next event on the NASCAR K&N Pro Series West schedule is the Bi-Mart Salute to the Troops 125 at Portland (Ore.) International Raceway on July 18. This will be series second visit to Portland International Raceway in recent years. Prior to last year, the series last visit was in 1986.
