Chowchilla California – The Chowchilla and Merced Speedways are working together to provide one great weekend of modified racing on May 14th and 15th. Each main event will pay $1,000 to win and $125 to start. There is also a $500 bonus if a driver can win at both speedways on this fun May weekend.
There is also a bonus for the Super Stocks, and the two track challenge series Hobby Stocks and 4-Bangers at the Chowchilla Speedway on May 14th. There is a baker’s dozen bonus for the Super Stock and Hobby Stock classes, if they get 13 of more cars in each class their race will pay $400 to win!
The 4-Bangers will enjoy a free driver’s pit pass for every car that races, that’s right, a free pit pass for every 4-Banger driver on May 14th at the Chowchilla Speedway.
Then Sunday afternoon the UMP Modifieds move to the Merced Speedway to chase another $1,000 prize, plus the $500 bonus up for grabs for the driver that wins at Chowchilla Speedway Saturday night.
The Western All Stars were scheduled to be a part of this fun event, but due to conflicts in their schedule they are being rescheduled for another 2011 date at the Chowchilla Speedway.
