On May 7 th, The New Stockton 99 Speedway Presents Whelen All American Night with the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series featuring Western Late Model Twin 50's, plus Grand American Modifieds, Super Stocks, Bombers, and Legends of the Pacific. Another great night of racing is on tap, and with the weather warming up, so too should the Division races for the 2011 Titles. So far, the competition this year has been outstanding.
In the Western Late Models, 2006 Track Champ Guy Guibor (61) of Manteca holds sway over the Division by a thin two points with two races down.
Turlock's Wes Miller (57), by virtue of his great win last time out, leads the Grand American Modifieds into this weekend by a mere two points as well.
And, in the Super Stocks, Stockton's own Rich Harper (5), with much help from the Racing God of Consistency, rules the roost by a scant one point.
In the Bombers, Bobby Simpson (819x) of Stockton, owns the largest deficit so far this year in leading this Division by a full twelve points over his nearest competitor.
And, of course, the Legends of the Pacific roar back onto the high banks to top off the card for this event. As always, expect some close-quarter racing in this Division.
Pit Gates open and registration begins at noon with practice commencing at 2:00 PM. The Grandstands open at 4:00 PM with qualifying set for 4:00 PM and green flag racing slated for 6:00 PM. Ticket prices for the evening will be as follows:

FRIDAY PRACTICE: Open Testing. All Divisions welcome on May 6th for Friday Night Oval Testing. In an effort to keep costs down for the fans and drivers with the rising costs of operations, it has become necessary to keep the grandstands closed on practice day.
