PURSLEY PREPARED TO KEEP MOMENTUM GOING

PARKER, Arizona — Greg Pursley, who pilots the Gene Price Motorsports Ford in the NASCAR K&N Pro West Series is hoping to keep their team's momentum going into the upcoming Iowa Speedway East/West combination race this Saturday, May 21, 2011. Pursley is currently leading the points series and has won four of the past six series races, dating back to last season. Pursley who scored a pole at Iowa Speedway in 2009, is eager to compete not only against his own series challengers but the East Series competitors as well. "This is a big race and one that our team really wants to win. Our team has gelled and we have the right people in place to get the job done" said Pursley.

"Gene Price Motorsports is more than just a successful and winning race team - its also a business that thrives on helping out short track racers from all around the Southwest. "

In addition to the #26 of Pursley, Gene Price Motorsports has a second team with series new comer, Dylan Kwasniewski. Dylan who's first attempt in the series netted him an impressive forth place finish at All American Speedway in Roseville, CA has proven he's a viable rookie competitor in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series. "I'm very excited about the opportunity to drive for Gene Price Motorsports, Rockstar Energy Drink and Royal Purple in the K&N Pro Series" said the 15 year old Kwasniewski. This will be his first opportunity to race on the 7/8 mile, high banked oval track.

The Goodyear Dealers of Iowa "175" presented by Tompkins Industries can be viewed on the SPEED Channel Thursday, June 3, 2011 at 3:00pm PST.

The series next race is June 11, 2011 in Las Vegas, NV at Las Vegas Motor Speedway">The Bullring at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. For an opportunity to win race tickets, pit passes and airfare, log onto Facebook and like Gene Price Motorsports contest event page, or Twitter.com/GregPursley.
