Chowchilla California – $7 Adult grandstand tickets and $25 pit passes are back at the Chowchilla Speedway for the July 23rd, and the July 30th race events!
The up and coming Sport Modified division will headline both races, and coming off a 16 car field and one fantastic race during the July 3rd event at the Chowchilla Speedway is an indication of what fans can expect to see from the July 23rd and 30th races.
Super Stocks, Hobby Stocks, and 4-Bangers are also on the line up for both the July 23rd and 30th race events.
The July 30th race at Chowchilla Speedway is also a Two Track Challenge event and the competition in the Two Track Series brings the drivers back and forth between dirt and the pavement track. The Hobby Stock Two-Track point leader is Lloyd Bamping with Chuck Aguirre and Jerry Selsor tied for second place. In the 4-Banger Two-Track Series Sheldon Cooper is leading Billy Conden and Miles Humphreys.
Gary Hildebrand has a small lead over Robert Fandrey and Marisa Odgers in the Sport Modified track championship, Roy Hart Jr. Leads the Super Stocks with Steven Hannah and Robert Dias right behind him, Ryan Hart has a slim lead over Dick Webb in the Hobby Stock division, and Johnny Tevis has a huge lead in the 4-Bangers thanks to a dominant early season run.
July 23rd the pits open at 5pm, grandstands open at 6pm, with racing at 7pm. Adult tickets are just $7, youth 6-12 are just $7, and kids five and under are free! Come out to the Chowchilla Speedway located at the Chowchilla Fairgrounds and enjoy some cost effective family fun for everyone!
