ELMA, Washington — Shelton’s’ Scott Miller had his hands full as he dueled Craig Moore of Seabeck in the “Modifieds” 30-Lap Main Event Saturday night at Grays Harbor Raceway. The win was Millers third of the season.
" Floreck Picks up Win."
Normally it’s “Dad, can I use the car tonight.” Saturday night it was just the opposite for Cosmopolis driver Tom Sweatman. Sweatman had engine problems with his car in the heat races and went back to the shop and got son Cory’s race car, made it back to the track before the start of the “Hobby Stocks” 25-lap feature and came from the back of the pack for the win.
Zack Floreck of Tenino took over the lead from Aberdeen’s Cliff Gill on the second lap of the “Hornets” 15-lap feature race and was never challenged as he picked up the win.
