SACRAMENTO, California — 13 year-old Brodie Kostecki Competed in the California Speed week for the well known Dolacki Race team driving the Arcoplate #17.

Brodie Competed in the 4 rounds in eight days with winning his first dirt race in Ford Focus Young Guns and a Fifth place finish in The Full Focus Category at Santa Maria Speedway.
The Arcoplate #17 then visited Ventura Raceway for the County Fair race. Brodie started from the second to last row in both classes and finished second in the young guns category and a Third place finish in the Ford Focus class.
"We had the car to win I passed the second place car and was chasing the lead down and there was a horrific crash and USAC cut the race four laps short and therefore i finished third"
Brodie Kostecki and the Dolacki crew then headed for Ocean Speedway in Watsonville, CA. Brodie Qualified second place in the Ford Focus and the Pole Position in the Young guns. Brodie started inside second row in both main events while making a pass for the lead in Ford Focus the leader jumped the cusion and Brodie went upside down. Brodie returned to the pit put on a new right rear tire on and set fast time in the main event. Brodie finished second in the Young guns Main event.
Next up Was back to Santa Maria Speedway
Brodie qualified second in both classes and finished third in the young guns and fourth in the Ford Focus main event.
