In an exciting night of racing, Chris Wadsworth and Bobby Hogge IV emerged with victories in the $22,000 Winter Chevrolet 100 Saturday night at All Pro Series sanctioned Antioch Speedway. Wadsworth held off Hogge to win the $2,000 first prize in the first 50 lap main event with Hogge a $1,200 second. The second feature was completely inverted off the finish of the first, and Hogge made a charge through the pack and won the $3,000 first prize in the second race after leader Todd Souza cut a tire and smacked the Turn 1 wall. Hogge's winnings totaled $4,200 as Wadsworth was fifth in the second 50 lapper to earn a $2,750 payday. Chad Chadwick was second in the second race and tenth in the first to pocket $2,300. Brian Cass earned a third in the second race and a ninth in the first for a $1,600 payoff. Kenny Neu was fourth in the second feature and DNF'ed the first for a $1,100 night. Oregon star Tom Glover's two top ten effort netted him a $1,100 payday as well. Bert Elworthy also picked up $1,100 for his night's efforts, which included a third in the first feature.

The lineup for the first 50 lap segment was determined by the numbers drawn from sealed envelopes from 20 kids. Hogge and Randy McDaniel shared the front row with Wadsworth gridded 11th. However, McDaniel pulled to the back at the start putting B Main winner Dennis Furia Sr. outside front row. Furia raced into the early lead ahead of Hogge and Michael Paul, but a lap four caution flag flew when McDaniel stalled at the Turn 1 exit. Caution flag laps did not count as Furia chose the outside on the restart and continued to lead Hogge and Chadwick. Chadwick bobbled on a lap 15 restart, allowing Shelton to race into third, and Shelton and Paul were second and third on lap 19 as Hogge stalled with a flat tire. Furia chose the outside on the restart and continued to lead Shelton and Elworthy. Bart Reid spun in Turn 2 for a lap 24 caution flag, and Wadsworth had managed to gain fourth. Furia remained on the outside on the restart, and Wadsworth followed him up high to gain second. As Wadsworth was pressuring Furia for the lead in Turns 1 and 2, Reid hit the Turn 3 wall and rolled his car without injury. Furia headed for the pits during the caution period, handing Wadsworth the lead. Wadsworth set the pace on the restart as Elworthy briefly took second from Shelton. A high move in Turn 2 of the 32nd lap regained Shelton second, but Shelton spun on the back stretch of the 43rd lap. Hogge moved by Elworthy on the inside as Wadsworth led Hogge and Elworthy back to the line. Despite the serious pressure of Hogge, Wadsworth kept his cool and brought it home to a well earened victory ahead of Hogge, Elworthy, Glover, J.D. Willis, Mark Garner, Shelton, Nick Perivolaris, Cass and Chadwick.

The lineup for the second main event was a complete invert off the finish of the first, putting McDaniel and Paul on the front row as Hogge started 19th. Paul set the early pace ahead of McDaniel, but Todd Souza gained second on a lap two restart. The caution flag was out after the second lap when Glover and Furia tangled on the back stretch. Paul chose the outside and continued to lead Souza and Brian Curran. Carr brought out a lap six caution flag, and Souza took the lead from Paul on the restart. Paul spun in Turn 3, causing a lap eight pileup as Souza led Chadwick and the flying Hogge back to the line. Souza chose the outside and continued to lead Chadwick and Hogge as the leaders all worked the high groove. Hogge was taking a slightly different line out of Turn 1 and Turn 3 that was allowing him to pull even with Chadwkick several times. A lap 12 caution flag for a tangle between Garner and Wadsworth slowed the pace. Souza continued to lead Chadwick and Hogge on this restart and the next two. A low Turn 4 pass by Hogge around Chadwick was negated by a lap 25 yellow flag for Dan Dozier in Turn 1. Track officials elected to go with single file restarts from lap 26 on as Souza led Chadwick and Hogge. A low move in Turn 4 of the 29th lap gained Hogge second. Hogge continued to run a slightly different line than the rest of the pack, though everybody was up high. Hogge was right behind Souza, looking for a way by, when Souza tagged the Turn 1 wall after suffering a flat for a lap 44 caution flag. From there, Hogge was unbeatable as he cruised to victory ahead of Chadwick, Cass, Neu, Wadsworth, Shelton, Glover, Souza, Garner, Elworthy.

The 25 lap B Main saw Curran leading the first 15 laps before being passed by eventual winner Furia. Curran brought it home a solid second ahead of Shelton, Souza and Brad Coelho. Tim Kennady, Mike Sohnrey and Bobby Hogge III all took turns leading the 20 lap C Main. Hogge's bid for the win in the JDK Motorsports GRT ended when he lost power in Turn 2, and Kennady won ahead of Roger Lorenzini, Gary Fleish, Nick Caughman Jr. and Jim DiGiovanni.
