The Drivers:
The top five in 1999 NASCAR Winston Racing Series points from Mesa Marin Raceway, Irwindale Speedway, Orange Show Speedway, Cajon Speedway, Tucson Raceway Park, and Las Vegas. Former track champions from each of these tracks, plus Saugus Speedway will also be eligible.
The Format:
60 laps total, with a mandatory pit stop at lap 20.
The Prize:
A record $4,000.00 to the winner. $15,000 total purse
All teams will be using re-refined motor oil.
