ANTELOPE, California — The clouds parted and the sun dried off the track for Thursday afternoon’s, October 6, track practice session at All American Speedway in Roseville. The NASCAR youth movement dominated the eighteen car field that took part in the practice session. Teams were testing setups and drivers were getting seat time preparing for the NASCAR K&N Pro Series Fall weekend, October 14-15 at All American Speedway.

With the new 2011 NASCAR rule change to let driver 15 years old drive in the Pro Series, two drivers who just turned 15 showed their driving skills in the practice. Andrew Murray, driving the number 32 Mercury Insurance car will be 15 years and 12 days old on race day and 15 year old Cameron Hayley driving the number 24 Cabinets by Hayley both at strong practice times.

In the April race at All American Speedway, Dylan Kwasniewski driving the number 03 RockStar car was the youngest driver at that time NASCAR history. He has gone on the win two K&N races this year, and had a strong showing in yesterday’s practice.

Also of note was 16 year old Dylan Lupton driving the number 75 Lupton Excavation car and 16 year old Dylan Hutchison driving the number 5 Johnnie Walker Performance Center/Aramark car, also18 year old Jessica Brunelli driver of the number 88 Pick-n-Pull car.

New reduced sound levels at the speedway were in place for the practice session. At the end of practice all the cars complied with the new 90 db at 100 foot level.

The practice session was for cars and drivers to prepare for Saturday’s October 15th NASCAR K&N Pro Series West Toyota NAPA AUTO PARTS 150 race presented by Pick-n-Pull.

There will a practice session Thursday October 13 for team for Friday October 14th Penney Racing Supply / RPM Norcal Fans and Racers Appreciation Night NASCAR Whelen All-American Series Late Model and Modified race for the last race of the season. Also there will be SRL and Legends Practice.

On Saturday, October 15, the feature event brings high-energy, side-by-side NASCAR action to the 1/3 mile paved oval with the NASCAR K&N Pro Series West Toyota NAPA AUTO PARTS 150 presented by Pick-n-Pull. Fans will be treated to over 300 laps of racing action at the largest Stock Car showdown in Northern California. In addition to the NASCAR K&N Pro Series West racing action includes the SRL Spears Southwest Tour Series Thunder Valley Casino Resort 135, Presented by AmeriPride Uniform Services and the SRL Legends of the Pacific Cars.

Each night will feature Kenny Bartram’s “Steel Rodeo”. An X-Games Freestyle Moto-X Show Featuring “Cowboy” Kenny Bartram! Bartram started his career at age 7 and is now a dominant force in the sport; winning an unprecedented 13 IFMA events in row and 26 Main Event wins in a single season. Bartram has also accumulated 7 World Championships, Dew Tour Champion and 10 medals from X Games and Gravity Games, including 4 Gold and many more titles and championships along the way. Kenny will be joined by three other riders: Cody Elkins, and Gabriel Villegas and Matt Buyten.

The K&N Pro Series is NASCAR’S premier regional stock car racing series. The series is not only a developmental series for drivers like, Kevin Harvick, Clint Bowyer, David Gilliland and Trevor Bayne, but also for regulars like three-time NASCAR K&N Pro Series West Champion Eric Holmes and three-time winner of Most Popular Driver Award in NASCAR K&N Pro Series West Moses Smith.

Advanced tickets are now on sale for the NASCAR K&N Pro Series West Weekend October 14 and 15. Advance Adult General Admission Tickets for Saturday are $30.00. Day of race Adult General Admission are $35.00. Juniors (6-11) are $15.00 and Kids 5 years and under Free. Saturday VIP Hospitality tickets are also available for $65 in advance and $70 day of race. Hospitality Upgrade to Include: VIP Grandstand Seating area for Saturday night’s races, dinner and beverages in hospitality area, driver appearances and race day gifts in hospitality area. Gates open at 4:00 pm, racing begins at 8:00. Parking: Placer County Fair parking fee of $5.00 per vehicle.

Friday night General admission tickets are just $15.00, Children 12 & Under $5:00. Gates Open at 5:00 pm Racing begins at 8:00 pm. Parking: Placer County Fair parking fee of $5:00 per vehicle.
