SATURDAY REUNION
While Ascot Park Raceway has been gone for many years, the remarkable memories and
allure connected with this hallowed ground of speed remain.
To celebrate all that was Ascot, the Wally Parks NHRA Motorsports Museum presented by the Automobile Club of Southern California is offering its spacious facility so everyone can enjoy race bikes on display and meet Ascot Half-Mile, TT, and short track riders from the 1950s-1990.
Bring your own Class C race bike or memorabilia, especially from the Ascot era (1959-1990), to display in the Museum's expo area. There will be no judging or awards, just a lot of Ascot bench racing and a chance to meet the men and machines that made history.
The Grand Marshal is Sammy Tanner. He won 405 AMA events and Ascot's first National Championship half mile in 1959.
