There's Going to Be Plenty of Bonus Incentives when the Lucas Oil Modifieds Visits Madera

There's going to be plenty of excitement when the Lucas Oil Modified Racing Series, presented by 1 800 Loan Mart, arrives at the Madera Speedway">Madera Speedway, the fastest one third mile in the west, for the July 28th running of the MAV TV- AMERICAN REAL 75.

"Lucas Oil Modified Series Bonus Incentives"

That's because there are quite a few special incentives available for the race teams that are associated with this event. Those incentives has been the long term results of Lucas Oil officials and their efforts to provide their drivers with special reasons to entice them to want to race in their series.

First off, there's the $10,000 purse set for this race. The driver who is fast enough, and lucky enough, to park his modified racer in the Sunoco Racing Fuels victory lane will earn $1,500 for the win. All entries, in the 24 car field, are guaranteed at least $300 just for taking the green flag at the start of the MAV TV-AMERICAN REAL 75.

There are also cash bonuses that has been long associated with the series. That includes the Budweiser $100 bonus for setting the fast time in qualifying. The six fastest qualifiers will earn the right to participate in the trophy dash which pays a $200 bonus to win. The driver who makes the biggest improvement between his start and finish position will receive the $100 Optima Batteries hard charger bonus. Also available is the GEICO clean pass award which also comes with a $100 bonus.

The championship points standings are always important to any racing team and Lucas Oil officials has seen fit to provide incentive programs there as well. First off, any team that is listed in the top ten of the series' points is eligible to receive a $200 bonus from the Sunoco Racing Fuel Winner's Circle program. Any team listed in points positions 11 through 20 are eligible to receive $150 from the Speedco Tow money program. These two programs provides a driver plenty of incentive to charge to the front and collect as many championship points as possible.

Extra championship points can also be collected via a program that series officials launched at the beginning of this season. The E 3 Spark Plugs Bonus Point program awards two additional championship points to the driver who wins the race. The program also awards two bonus points each for setting the fast time in qualifying and winning the hard charger award. This program is also regarded as being an incentive for a driver to charge just a little bit harder during a race.

The Madera Speedway race will provide the teams an extra incentive: drivers will be able to tell their sponsors to look for their company logos on national television. This race is going to be video taped by the Lucas Oil Production Studios for a future broadcast on MAV TV.

The Lucas Oil Production Studios is famous for creating real racing for real people by employing cutting edge technology operated by a highly trained staff. They actually should be referred to as the "award winning Lucas Oil Production Studios." Recently they received three prestigious Tellys at the 33d annual awards ceremony. Founded in 2002 by Showtime, MAV TV was purchased last year by Lucas Oil who immediately went to work to broaden the scope of the network by providing programming geared for the modern American family. According to the network's mission statement: "it's entertainment for real people featuring real life in all of its unapologetic blue jean and t-shirt glory." Hence the name: MAV TV-AMERICAN REAL.

There are also some bonus incentives for the fans who attend The MAV TV-AMERICAN REAL 75 at the Madera Speedway. First is the fact that this race will live up to its name. Lucas Oil Modified Series events are a full 75 green flag laps. They do not count yellow caution laps.
