The last points race of the Ultra Wheel Super Truck Series season (for both the Southern and Central region) will be Sunday Oct. 21st at Mesa Marin Raceway in Bakersfield, CA. The race will be part of the special two day 'October Classic'.

Southern Points leader, #47 Dave Blankenship has had 3 wins / 15 top 10 finishes and / 11 top 5 finishes. This was the first season he top qualified, which he did once, at Mesa Marin September 19th. Leading in the Central points, #95 Dan Moore has 1 TQ / 7 top 10's out of 5
and / 4 top 5's (Central Race stats only) - overall Dan has had 3 TQ / 1 win / 12 top 10's / 7 top 5's. Running a close 2nd in Central is #50 Mark Laeger with 13 top 10's and 7 top 5's between the two regions.
Not completely out of the hunt in the South is #7 Jim McGill with impressive stats of 12 top 10's / 9 top 5's / 3 wins / 1 TQ. The points are calculated from the last place finisher of the Qualifying race and go up by 5 for each position. Sunday will prove to be quite at exciting at Mesa Marin for the Ultra Wheels Super Trucks.
