DAYTONA BEACH, Florida — The undefeated streaks for Shelby Stroebel and Lance Gatlin will continue for another week. Both drivers won at their respective ASA Member Tracks on Saturday night, which could brew a classic East vs. West battle for the ASA Member Track National Championship.

Stroebel won the 50-lap ASA Modified feature event at Meridian Speedway, an ASA Member Track in Meridian, ID. This is his 11th feature win in 11 starts this season, extending his winning streak to 13 going back to the end of the 2011 season. He will try to make it twelve in a row on Saturday, August 11.
Gatlin won his ninth straight feature event in the Limited Late Model feature at Lonesome Pine Raceway, an ASA Member Track in Coeburn, VA. He started sixth in the 60-lap feature event and took over the lead on lap 24 from Kevin Wolfe and never looked back.
Gatlin will try to extend his win streak to ten on Saturday, August 4. LPR Promoter Harold Crook has already raised the bounty to $450 if anyone can beat Gatlin.
