
DELTA, Utah — A top prize of $2,500 will be on the line Saturday, Aug. 4 when IMCA Modifieds square off on the second night of the fair special at Millard County Raceway.
The Modified Madness special is a qualifier for the 2013 Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational ballot.
The Friday, Aug. 3 IMCA Modified main event at Delta pays $750 to win. All applicable points, including IMCA Speedway Motors Weekly Racing National, Larry Shaw Racing Western Region, Allstar Performance State and local track points, will be awarded each night.
Smiley’s Racing Chassis Southern SportMods are on the card each evening. Saturday’s show pays $750 to win.
Pit gates open at 2 p.m., the grandstand opens and hot laps start at 6 p.m., and racing starts at 7 p.m. Grandstand admission is $10 and pit passes are $35.
Modified entry fee of $125 is good for both nights. Minimum start money is $50 on Friday and $150 on Saturday.
