RACER'S VIEW: JASON ALLEN

RacingWest: How was the racing at Las Vegas Motor Speedway?
Jason Allen: The racing in the middle and the back of the pack was great, tons of fun. I guess Raudman ran and hid from everyone up front.

RW: Now that you have raced with the restrictor plate on the racecar, how was it?
JA: It felt like my Legend Car. If they run here again I would like to see a bigger plate so you actually have to lift in the corners and drive the car.

RW: Do you use a HANS or similar device. Why or why not?
JA: Kurt Busch just sent me the Hutchinson Device.

RW: What sport besides NASCAR do you enjoy?
JA: I enjoy all sports and just competing.

RW: Do you ever play the NASCAR racing video game and if so does it help you when you race?
JA: Yes I play NASCAR 4 and it really helps with setup ideas.

RW: Is everyone on a level playing field in the NFSWS?
JA: Some teams have an advantage over others just from the experience side of it.

RW: Now the important question! Where can the fans see you at Mesa Marin? Will you be at the autograph session? Will you stay late for autographs?
JA: I will be doing all activities in Phoenix if they have any, that is why we race the fans.####
