After winning the 1999 Northern Series Spec Truck Championship, 1999 Southern Series and Northern Series Rookie of the Year honors and finishing 3rd in points in the Southern Series, DAVID SUNFLOWER SEEDS RACING decided to work with driver/owner Vince Little for the 2000 season. He plans on winning the Southern Series Spec Truck division and backing up the Northern Series Championship in 2000 and is looking forward to running 5 Southwest Tour Races.
Sponsor DAVID SUNFLOWER SEEDS will be the main sponsor for the truck series, however owner/driver Vince Little is hopeing for a "Little" more help.Crew Chief Ted Kennedy is very excited with the finish of the 1999 season and is optimistic for the 2000 season. Ted Kennedy will be the Crew Chief for the Ultra Wheels Spec Truck Series and will be leading the team in it's Featherlite Southwest Tour Races they plan on running. The "Little Racing Team" along with sponsor DAVID SUNFLOWER SEEDS will be making their debut at Mesa Marin Speedway on March 24th. The team is looking for additional sponsorship opportunities for the 5 races and also for the full season in 2001 when they plan to run the whole Southwest Tour Schedule.
