Johnny Borneman III, one of NASCAR’s most talented young guns powered to win Stockton 99 in the first NASCAR Winston West event held there in many years. Bakersfield Super Late Model Champion, Mike Duncan took second, local favorite, Mike Duncan was third, point leader Eric Norris was 4th and the Washington Wonder, and Kevin Richards rounded out the top-five.
