CARSON CITY, Nevada -- According to officials at the Champion Motor Speedway, Ponderosa Stamp & Engraving in Carson City has become the new main event, special event, and bicycle racing trophy sponsor for 2003.
The new “Ponderosa Stamp” bicycle races will feature kids racing on the 1/3-mile racetrack during the drivers meeting (6:30 PM) every Saturday night. Age/size appropriate divisions will race down the front straightaway. The series is open to all kids ages 5 to 14 years old. All participants must bring a bicycle and wear a safety helmet. All freestyle axle extensions must be removed, and knee and elbow pads are recommended.

Signups will be available at the new Earnhardt Memorial Park "Kids Klub". All bicycle racers must be accompanied and signed in by a parent or guardian. Ponderosa Stamp will provide all first place trophies in every age categories.
Ponderosa Stamp will provide trophies for all “motorized” main event winners. This will include the Super LateModels, Western Modifieds, Legends, Limited LateModels, Les Schwab Street Stocks, TagTeam Bomber, Hustlin’ Hornets, and the Bandelleros.
