Nathan Wulff of Escondido Ca. made his first run in the Nascar Craftsman Truck Series at Mesa Marin on March 23rd. Wulff was happy after qualifying 18th in the 36 truck field. However, disappointment followed when it was found that his front springs were a fraction of an inch to tall. "We misunderstood the rules and it bit us" Wulff said. "All in all it was still a great experience for the crew and me". Wulff started 36th and finished 22nd. Only one other competitor gained more positions in the 250 lap short track slug fest.

Wulff added "I really want to thank Davis Stone.com, all the other associate sponsors and the crew for their hard work and support" Wulff went on to say he hopes to run four or five more races this year and obtain his speedway license in the process. "Our goal is to find the right marketing partners and run the full season next year".####
