MONROE, Washington -- Snohomish driver Mike Seppi was the big winner Sunday Night at Evergreen Speedway in Monroe, Wa. on the Memorial Day Demo Derby. Seppi crashed and bashed his way over 18 other drivers in the hard hitting event in front of a full grandstand.
Bill Wade from Stanwood won the first Hertz Hornet 15 lap feature over Lynnwood's Rod Helmuth and Duvall driver Robert Robinson. A pair of Bothell drivers swept the first two positions in the second 15 lap Hertz Hornet feature, Jonathan Roberts took the checkered over Tex Keller and Woodinville's Jon Croofot Sr.
Monroe's Steve Peters won the 25 lap WWRA Bump to Pass main event after starting 19th in the twenty car field.
Allen VanDyke was the winner in the 10 lap 3 car train race as he halted Gordy Seversons long winning streak than was dated back to last year. Jason Holton finished third followed by the Maniac Malcom Lindberg.
Super Figure 8 driver Tim Bergstrom was the winner in the 10 lap School Bus Figure 8 feature,
