Henry Witt Jr. of Waco furthered his quest for another National title by holding off young Chase Glick from Buffalo in the IMCA modified feature for the win. Hardy Henderson from Round Rock took third place.

Chad Estes from Troy and Shannon Parsons from Golinda exchanged the lead several times during the I-stock feature before Estes claimed the win. Brian Bishnow trailed in third.

Veteran Waco driver Doug Anderson returned to Victory Lane in the street stock feature. Mark Geurin from Whitney ran second with Ed Thompson of Waco in third.

Friends Roy Ewing of Moody and Sid Kiphen from Gatesville took the top two spots in the SIMS/ULMA limited modified feature. Bennie Everhart from Red Oak settled for third.

Claud Estes of Godley, Ray Welnack from Dallas, and Brad Welborn from Allen finished in the top three spots in the IMCA sprint feature.

Chad Barber from Waco won the Cruiser feature followed by fellow Wacoans Michael George and Johnny Kellough.

Kevin Green of Robinson picked up the winner's trophy in the junior mini stock feature. Preston Ellis from Belton and Dillon Smith from China Spring were second and third.

The Speedway will be in action Sunday, June 8, as it hosts the Texas IMCA Super Sunday Series race. IMCA modifieds, I-stocks, and limited modifieds will be competing starting at 7:00 P.M. On Friday, June 13, kids will be able to ride on race cars. IMCA modified, I-stock, limited modified, street stock, mini stock, pure stock, cruiser, and junior mini stock will be on the program which begins at 8:00 P.M. Coming Events

Due to the numerous fireworks shows on July 4, Atlas Enterprises informed us they have no technicians to shoot our show on Friday, July 4. The firework show will be moved to Friday, June 27.
