** Sprints On Dirt: Dustin Daggett beat his father and everyone else to win the 25-lap race at South Buxton International Speedway in Merlin, Ontario, Canada. The track is a 3/8-mile, high-banked clay oval.

It was Daggett’s second straight victory in series competition.

Daggett passed his father, Mike Daggett, on the fourth lap of the race. The elder Daggett held on to the second spot for the remainder of the race. Gregg Dalman finished third, Doug Stanley was fourth and Dain Naida took fifth.

Kyle Patrick won the Goodyear Racing Tire Heat Race.

** USAR Hooters Pro Cup Series: Kertus Davis won the Advance Auto Parts 250 at Motordrome Speedway in Smithton, Penn.

Davis won the race, edging the second finisher, Brian Ross, by just .479 of a second. Rookie contender Joel Kauffman finished third, Jason McLellan took fourth and another rookie, Scott Baker, was fifth.

Jeff Agnew won the Advance Auto Parts Pole Award and set a record in doing so. He toured the half-mile, semi-banked oval in 18.290 seconds (98.414 mph).

** UARA-STARS: Keith Bumgarner collected his fifth career series victory after leading all 150 laps of the UARA 150 at Hickory Motor Speedway in Hickory, N.C.

Brandon McCarson finished second, Nick Hutchins was third, Lee Tissot was fourth and Jamie Yelton claimed fifth.####
