DAYTONA BEACH, Florida -- NASCAR Elite Division officials have announced two penalties following last Saturday's Kodak Southeast Series event at Kentucky Motor Speedway in Whitesville, Ken. Charlie Bradberry, driver of the No. 78 car, was fined $2,500 and penalized under section 12-4-A of the 2003 NASCAR Rule Book: actions detrimental to stock car racing, hitting another competitor's car after the completion of the event, rough driving and careless driving. Bradberry has also been placed on probation until Dec. 31, 2003.

Keith Gardner, driver of the No. 9 car, was fined $500 and penalized under 12-4-A of the 2003 NASCAR Rule Book: actions detrimental to stock car racing, hitting another competitor's car after the completion of the event, rough driving and careless driving.####
