
UPLAND, California --The Speed Truck Challenge continues to accept "Rookie of the Year" contenders for the 2004 racing season.
The 2004 racing season is just around the corner with the first race date of March 6th at Las Vegas Motor Speedway's "Bullring," this opening event will see a new crop of "Rookies" vying for the prestigious Golden Ring. With a 17 race season ahead of them from the best short tracks in the Southwest, the Rookie field will have to work hard as the competition is very stiff. New Speed Truck Challenge drivers are coming from Legend Cars, Winged Sprint Cars, Quarter Midgets, Go-Karts, Mini Stock Cars, and other divisions including NASCAR Late Model.
