The racing business is ever changing and the need to investigate safety and performance rulings is better dealt with using a group as compared to just one. If you have an idea, question, comment or concern, please contact the Rules Committee in writing, with pictures, part numbers or other important information, allowing a quick decision to your request. The Rules Committee is scheduled for quarterly meetings and more often should the need arise.

If you are in doubt on any rule, ask an official. The decision will be rendered in writing and delivered to the requesting party or parties. When there is no specific written rule to govern a situation, the Official's decision is final.
Dont act without asking! If it does not appear in these rules, it is illegal!
