GILLILAND GETS BATTLE READY AT MADERA

RIVERSIDE, California -- David Gilliland, driver of the #88 Honda Cars of Corona/The Body Shop Pontiac is equipped and ready to do battle at Madera Speedway in the the NASCAR AutoZone Elite Division, Southwest Series this Saturday at Madera Speedway.

“I am excited and ready to get the season back into full swing. We have been working hard preparing for this event. I am very confident about my chances on taking home the trophy,” explained Gilliland. “I'm hungry for a victory. Winning is like an addiction; The more you get the more you get hooked on it. And it is always exciting to bring a team their [first] victory. This team is more than ready for that win.”

On a side note, joining the team as a technical advisor at Madera Speedway will be Gilliland's father and former NASCAR Grand National, West Series champion Butch Gilliland.####
