The Downtown Bakersfield Motorsports Festival, on Chester Avenue on Friday, March 26th, between 6:00pm and 8:30p, is over $10 million worth of motorsports equipment on display in downtown Bakersfield; including NASCAR Stock Cars, Dragsters, Open Wheel Formula Cars, Dirt Cars, Motorcycles, Go-Karts, Drag Boats, Road Racing Cars, Street Rods, Monster Trucks and more – representing Mesa Marin Raceway, Buttonwillow Raceway Park, Bakersfield Speedway, Highway 99 Cruise ‘N’ Show and Famoso Raceway.

The motorsports industry is a major economic asset for Kern County and leads the way in sports entertainment in Bakersfield and Kern County. The Kern County Motorsports Festival will allow the public to see hundreds of racecars, motorcycles, street rods, meet drivers, get autographs and more.

Chester Avenue and its cross streets from 17th Street to 20th Street will be closed for this giant motorsports “block party”.
