Notes of Interest:
- March 27th and 28th will be the season opening event of Mesa Marin Raceways 27th racing season.
- The Mesa Marin Season Opener will be kicked-off with the Media/Sponsors Dinner at Buck Owens Crystal Palace, Wednesday night at 6pm.
- On Friday, Mesa Marin and the Bakersfield Convention and Visitor Bureau will host the Downtown Bakersfield Motorsports Festival.
- Saturday nights NASCAR Grand National West Series Lucas Oil 150 will receive flag to flag national television coverage from Speed Channel. Air date is scheduled for April 3rd.

- Mike Duncan - NASCAR Grand National West Series #9, winner of the October 19, 2003 NASCAR Grand National West Series Lucas Oil 150 at Mesa Marin. Placed second in the 2003 NASCAR Grand National West Series points championship.
- Brian Richardson - NASCAR Grand National West Series and NASCAR Late Model #4, 2003 Mesa Marin NASCAR Late Model champion, will be competing in both the NASCAR Grand National West Series Lucas Oil 150 and NASCAR Late Model season premier.
- Craig Raudman - NASCAR AutoZone Southwest Series #2, 2002 NASCAR AutoZone Southwest Series champion.
- Jason Small - NASCAR Grand National West Series #45, former NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series driver will compete in the NASCAR Grand National West Series Lucas Oil 150.
- Kevin Vernon - NASCAR AutoZone Southwest Series #51,four- time Mesa Marin track champion, and winner of the NASCAR AutoZone Southwest Series event at Mesa Marin on October 18, 2003.
- Burney Lamar - NASCAR AutoZone Southwest Series #1, Lamar recently relocated to Bakersfield to advance his driving career.
- Brandon Miller NASCAR Southwest Series #7, the 2002 Mesa Marin NASCAR Super Late Model Champion.
