DAYTONA BEACH, Florida -- NASCAR AutoZone Elite Division, Southwest Series driver Eric Holmes was fined $500 and placed on probation until June 1, for his role in an incident at the conclusion of Sunday's Southwest Series race at Mesa Marin Raceway in Bakersfield, Calif.
Holmes, of Escalon, Calif., was penalized for violating Section 12-4-A
(Actions detrimental to stock car racing) of the NASCAR Rule Book when he
made deliberate contact another car on pit road, after the conclusion of the
