MONROE, Washington -- Saturday April 10 the NASCAR Dodge Weekly Series Super Stocks, Bombers and Mini-Stocks get their seasons under way on the tricky 3/8-mile oval at the only Northwest NASCAR Sanctioned race track Evergreen Speedway. The FEAR Super Figure Eights and Extreme Contact Figure Eights will keep the race fans on the edge of their seats.
Super Stock reigning champion Tom Moriarity will return to defend his title and an unprecedented 9th championship. He will receive challenges from former series champion John Zaretzke, long time series competitor Matt Murphy and many others. Among the challengers will be former series competitors Gaylon Stewart, Roger Habich and Joe Constance who return after spending time on the prestigious NASCAR Auto Zone Elite Division Northwest Series circuit.
A large field of Randy’s Ring and Pinion Bombers led by last seasons champion Dirk Kruiswyk are expected for the inaugural NASCAR ‘Five Star’ Season. Scott LaCross will be back to defend his championship in the fast 4-cylinder Mini-Stocks series. In addition the FEAR Super Figure Eights and Extreme Contact Figure Eights will continue their seasons.
All the action starts with heat races at 5:30pm and all the Main Events starting at 7pm.
