THERE’S NO PLACE LIKE HOME FOR CBA MOTORSPORTS #16

Clarence Broussard's CBA Motorsports team, headed by driver Ben Walker, will race at their home track in the upcoming Irwindale 150 NASCAR AutoZone Elite Division, Southwest Series at the Irwindale Speedway on Saturday, May 29 in Irwindale, California.

When racing on Irwindale's track and in front of their hometown crowd, "...the car just seems to handle better", says Walker. The #16 team has been having a solid year with 3 top 10 finishes in the first 5 races. "The team is really in sync, and we expect to perform well at Irwindale, and to continue stepping up our competitive edge during the remaining 9 races", said Broussard.

There's no doubt that CBA Motorsports has been doing exactly that as the season has progressed. By the third race driver Ben Walker, who's having his best season yet, had already won the 'Mover of the Week' award, and the team has maintained a firm hold on their position in the top ten overall points standing. Currently in 7th position, 152 points behind division leader Craig Raudman, the team is looking forward to working their way up the ladder. When it comes to racing at Irwindale Speedway, "There is always that extra excitement about racing at your home track...so many of your fans are able to come, they are enthusiastic about being there and they really show it," says Crew Chief Vince Barnes, "that can only help the team perform better as well."

With the synergy of CBA Motorsports' highly competitive philosophy and Ben Walker's aggressive style it's sure to make for an intense event for even the most experienced of fans. If you're looking for the extreme racing experience, come to Irwindale Speedway on Saturday the 29th and stand up for Ben Walker and the CBA Motorsports' #16 Chevrolet.
