The ASA Speed Truck Challenge was built on the premise of affordable racing utilizing "specification" type vehicles. With this type of racing the goal to have and to be known as a "clean driving" series with competitors that get along and respect each other "on and off the track" and create the family atmosphere of racing years gone by. The events displayed at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway "Bullring" on September 4th, 2004, set this series back due to certain drivers, crew members and others displaying hostilities on and off the track towards each other with reckless disregard for the ASA Speed Truck Challenge and its members. The ASA Speed Truck Challenge does not tolerate rough/aggressive driving or blocking.
