DUNCAN FAST TIME AT PHOENIX

Mike Duncan turned in the fast-time at Phoenix International Raceway to win the Bud Pole Award for Sunday's Subway 150 and continue his dominance in qualifying in the NASCAR Grand National Division, West Series.

The Bakersfield, Calif., competitor lapped the one-mile oval at 126.801 mph to capture his sixth Bud Pole Award of the season.

Scott Lynch, the defending series champion and last year's event winner, turned in the second-quickest time and will start on the outside of the front row. The second row will be comprised of series rookie David Gilliland and Austin Cameron.
