The 13th annual Legends Cars Asphalt Nationals and third annual Thunder Roadsters Asphalt Nationals return to the Bullring at Las Vegas Motor Speedway this Thursday through Saturday.
More than 190 cars from 23 states and Canada have pre-entered for the weekend, including 24 racers from the Las Vegas area. Legends Cars racing will consist of qualifying on Friday and the A, B, C and D-main events Saturday. The champions for both the Legends Cars and Thunder Roadsters will be crowned after the A-Main event.
The INEX-sanctioned Legends Cars and Thunder Roadsters Nationals were held at the Bullring in 2001 and marked the first appearance of the prestigious event at a west coast facility.
Legends Cars state champions from across the nation will converge on the Bullring for the weekend. The Legends Cars division is divided into three different categories: Semi-Pro, Pro and Masters. Joining the Legends Cars and the Thunder Roadsters on Saturday will be a Bandolero main event.
Spectator gates open at 4 p.m. Friday and 2 p.m. Saturday.
General admission for adults is $5 on Friday, $8 on Saturday and $10 for a two-day pass. Grandstand tickets for children are $2 each day. Admission to the Stockyard is $21 on Friday and $26 on Saturday per vehicle (up to four people).
Pit gates open at 7 a.m. on Thursday and Friday and 9 a.m. on Saturday. Admission is $40 for INEX members and $50 for non-members for a three-day pass. A one-day pit pass is $25 per day.
