WHO WILL HARVEST THE WINS AT MADERA SPEEDWAYThis Saturday, September 23rd, Madera Speedway will host one of the most anticipated events of the season, the “35th Annual Harvest Classic 100” featuring the ASA sanctioned Western States Supermodified Racing Series Twin 50. The racing agenda will also include the 360 Supermodifieds, Modified Super Toyotas, and Lucas Motorsports Modifieds. The motorsports excitement will be accompanied by the Madera County Farm Bureau fruit and produce midway and sampling.

The ASA WSSRL Supermodifieds will face-off in two 50 lap main events with a 20 minute intermission. During the intermission, fans will watch pit stop action occurring before them on the front straightaway. The competition is fierce as the WSSRL season quickly concludes. The field will include Troy Regier who hold five feature finishes and the points lead this season. In the “Go Fast Sports Drink” Championship Chase is the young star, A. J. Russell, followed closely by Jeff Russell of Idaho, Rick Veenstra of Idaho, Jim Birges of Fresno, Eric Silsby of Nevada and the outstanding “Rookie of the Year” contender, Martin McKeefery of San Jose, among the cornucopia of competitors hoping to harvest a win this Saturday. WSSRL’s events are featured on the Outdoor Life Network courtesy of Go Fast Sports Drinks.

The Madera 360 Supermodifieds have David Tuey, Donnie Large, David Gassett, Lance Jackson, Kevin Hayes and a field of drivers ripening for the a win during the Harvest Classic as the points season comes to an end on October 21st during the “Open Wheel Championships!”.

The Modified Super Toyotas feature the “On The Gas” Tanner Swanson, Doug Bridger, Jeff Duran, Jason and John Bowersox and at least a dozen other drivers striving for a win.

The always exciting Lucas Motorsports Modifieds are the fourth division in this year’s Harvest Classic which will feature a “Full Bucket” of excitement. So come out to Madera Speedway this Saturday and Harvest the speed and thrills of the ASA WSSRL Supermodifieds as you enjoy the Madera County Farm Bureau midway and sampling.

The speedway’s Madera Auto Center season “Harvest Classic” is scheduled to begin with the Grandstands Opening and Qualifying starting at 3 PM, Opening Ceremonies with an Autograph Session beginning at 5:15 PM and Green Flag Racing at 6 PM.
