ALEX HAASE INVITED TO TEST FOR DRIVER DEVELOPMENT TEAM

“I am honored to be chosen to participate in this test,” said Haase. “I found out that they weren’t really looking for someone under the age of 19 but my name kept coming up. I’ll head to North Carolina and show them what I can do.”

Haase raced in an ASA late Model race last summer in Indiana. He impressed both the team owner and his spotter Tom Busch, father of NASCAR Nextel Cup drivers Kurt and Kyle Busch which led to this upcoming opportunity with WalTom Racing. Most recent graduates of WalTom Racing are Stephen Leicht and Kelly Bires who both have recently signed with prominent teams.
