DUSTIN ASH WINS BIG AT INFINEON

As Dustin headed to Sonoma Ca. for the 10th annual Legends and Thunder Roadster World Finals at Infineon Raceway, He wondered how this weekend would play out. This being his first ever main event start in a Thunder Roadster.

The call came late Wed. afternoon when Ron Duprau of American Band Racing asked if Dustin would like to drive the # 28 American Band Thunder Roadster. Dustin jumped on the opportunity to drive something different.

Having won this World Event in 2004 as a Semi-Pro in the Legends division, He was no stranger to Winners Circle and wanted to be there again. But with more than 100 cars entered from all over the world including France,Italy,England,Finland,and Canada He was still up for the challenge.

Dustin Ash qualified 3rd and by lap 2 checked out from the field. At the checkered flag Dustin had a 14 second lead over 2nd place driver Jordan Yost. And once again for Dustin Ash it was Champagne Time in the Wine Country.
