SPEEDWAY GIVES BACK; REDUCES TICKETS PRICES, ADDS FREE FOOD

POST FALLS, Idaho -- Stateline Speedway officials announced Wednesday night a special “Six Pack of Power” ticket package for race fans in the Northwest. The package at a significantly reduced cost allows fans to see over 800-laps of Late Model racing at six special events with free food, beverage and event merchandise.

For only $90, the “Six Pack of Power” includes admission for the June 9 ASA Aero Exhaust Northwest Tour 150, the August 3 INSSA Duel for the 200, the August 4, 100-lap Duel for the 200 race for the Late Model Challenge Series and Sunday’s 8th annual running of the Idaho 200.

The “Six Pack of Power” also includes tickets to the August 24 Inland Northwest Super Stocks Series 100-lap event and the August 25 ASA Aero Exhaust Northwest Tour 150-lap event.

In addition, packages feature free ASA Northwest Tour merchandise, free food and beverage ranging from ice cream to hot dogs.

For the first time, the ticket promotion will be extended to students carrying a valid student ID from area colleges and universities at $70. Military families and seniors can also purchase the package at the same price.

Juniors, ages 6-12, can also take part in the promotion at $40 which includes unique on-track driver meet and greet sessions.

With significant rise in fuel costs over the projected costs released in the spring Stateline Speedway Promoter, Joe Doellefeld said it is time to continue giving back to area race fans.

“The past season has produced a lot of change to short track racing in the Northwest,” Doellefeld said in reference to the change of the Northwest Tour and other late model racing. “Through it all the fans have been supportive every step of the way. We have the opportunity for the first time in nearly 15-years to give back to them when it is needed most.”

“The momentum the tour has been generating and the positive comments from spectators and participants is great. This is our small way, to help build fan base, keep the excitement going and keep racing affordable,” Doellefeld added.

The “Six Pack of Power” ticket packages go on sale Thursday May 31 at 8am. The promotion will run until June 9. Fans can order by phone Monday thru Friday 8am-6pm at (208) 773-5019. By email at tickets@raceidaho .com. Online by downloading the form at www.raceidaho.com and on race days at the ticket booth.####
