BOISE, Idaho -- The Northwest Pro 4 Alliance is pleased to announce that they have secured the services of Julie Sylva as Media and Promotions Coordinator for the Tri-Track Showdown. Julie has already assumed her duties, as she is now constructing the internet website for the Alliance and will be working with marketing to develop new and exciting promotional opportunities for the remainder of 2007 and into the 2008 racing season.

Sylva is a very accomplished race driver in her own right, as in the course of three seasons in the Pro 4 Modified ranks she accumulated eight wins, with two of them during the prestigious Lakeport Speedway October Classic events while at the young age of 16. Now 23 years old and engaged to Scott Bundschuh, Julie has coordinated her love for racing with the riggers of everyday life to acquire an Associates Degree in Motorsports Management Technologies from Rowan-Cabarras Community College in Concord, North Carolina.

Working from her home in the Lake County, California, community of Cobb, Julie and Scott will be on a limited travel schedule but will be on hand at Meridian Speedway on September 1st to meet and get to know as many of our race teams as possible.

Director of Marketing, Bob Coply states, “Having Julie working with us is just what this program needs, as she has a vast understanding of motorsports and a better understanding of four-cylinder racing than anyone else we could consider for this position. Her youthful zest for the sport has even excited me, and I’m sure that her work will do the same for our race teams”

When asked her thoughts on joining the staff of the Northwest Pro 4 Alliance Sylva replied, “Both Scott and I are very excited to get the opportunity to work with the Northwest Pro4 Alliance. As I work on the website and I read the information Bob has sent on the events and race teams I realize how much I love this sport and how I’m proud to be part of a series that has so much potential.”

The Northwest Pro 4 Alliance is in the process of building a series of events that will put the focus on our race teams, our sponsors, the tracks, and an ever-increasing fan base; and, with the addition of quality people like Julie Sylva, the job just got easier.####
