9 a.m. – Credentials and pit parking for all participants. IMCA Modified tech inspection and heat-race draw.

3:30 p.m. – IMCA Modified drivers’ meeting.

4 p.m. – Spectator gates open.

4 p.m. – IMCA Modified practice (Thursday only).

6 p.m. – IMCA Modified heat races (16 races); IMCA qualifying feature.

Friday, Nov. 16

9 a.m. – Credentials and pit parking for all participants; LVMS Dirt Late Model tech inspection and qualifying draw.

3:30 p.m. – Drivers’ meeting.

4 p.m. – Spectator gates open.

4 p.m. – LVMS Dirt Late Model practice sessions (Friday only).

5:30 p.m. – Late Model group qualifying (6 cars per session, 3 laps each).

IMCA Modified preliminary races (8 races).

Late Model heat races (6 races).

IMCA Modified qualifying feature.

Saturday, November 17

9 a.m. -- Credential sales and pit gates open.
