MIRA LOMA, California -- Scott Dodd driver of the #25 Chevy Nascar Whelen All American Super Late Model and the #9 Chevy Monte Carlo Dirt Late Model Super Stock wants to take this opportunity to thank all of his sponsors for their help and support for the 2007 season. Dodd ended the season eighth in the Irwindale Speedway AC Delco Super Late Model series and was only able to compete in two of the Perris Super Stocks class events. Dodd had a fantastic first year in the Super Late Model ending the year with a win, 5 top fives, 11 top tens, the youngest driver to win a SLM race at Irwindale, and was the youngest to ever lead the point’s series at Irwindale. Dodd was also able to compete for the first time in the Toyota Showdown where he qualified third out of 55 cars and finished the race fourth after leading the most laps in the event.
