INGLEBRIGHT IS ON THE PODIUM AT INFINEON

Jim Inglebright scored a podium finish by placing third with his #1 Jelly Belly Chevrolet at the Bennett Lane Winery “200” on Saturday. Coming into the race, he qualified eighth in the fourth session of the NASCAR Road Race Style qualifying. “I love this place, it’s nice to be home, sleeping in my own bed and having the support of Jelly Belly Candy Co., family and friends.” Inglebright stated.

“Our pit stops went according to plan and Rodney had our strategy orchestrated from the drop of the green. We had our only pit stop around lap 20 & raced hard all day. There were a lot of yellows, so we just took what we could and ended the day with a third at the green, white, checkered.”

Rodney Haygood, Inglebright’s longtime crew chief commended the entire crew for all their hard work & diligent efforts. “It was a hot, tiring weekend, and all of us gave it 110%. We had only a few minor adjustments & Jim took it the rest of the way.”

The team will travel on July 4th to compete in the NASCAR Camping World Series West event at Irwindale Speedway, the California Highway Patrol “200”.
