ASA DRIVER RON NAVA TO COMPETE IN THE TIJUANA GRAND PRIX

All American Motor Sports confirms today their entry in the Tijuana Grand Prix to take place on May 28th, 29th and 30. Driver Ron Nava was selected by the race promoters (www.calerapromotions.com) to be the only NASCAR driver in the field of over 80 entry's.

Nava who has a solid background in road racing expects to do well on the 1.6 mile circuit through the streets of T.J. in his ASA Speed Truck. "We are looking forward to competing against the road racing guys and putting this Lawrence building and Design, Scott's Automotive Chevrolet S-10 up against the Porsche 911's and S.C.C.A. type road cars to see how a NASCAR guy stands up".

Nava will be racing during a two week break from the ASA Speed Truck Challenge and rejoining the tour at Mesa Marin on June 5th. The ASA Speed Truck is a 2700 pound full tube frame chassis utilizing a Chevrolet 330 H.P. Vortec power plant and 8' Hoosier racing slicks. For more details log onto www.RonNava.com
