Submit a Press Release

What is Needed

In order for your press release to be posted as quickly as possible, please include the source/contact for the article you are submitting as well as the series the article relates to. All content submitted to RacingWest is subject to editing and not all content submitted will be included.

How to Submit a Press Release to RacingWest/RaceScene

If your press release is within the RacingWest guidelines, the email to submit the press release is located on the contact RacingWest page.

Guidelines for Press Release Submission

1. Be sure that your material is news not an advertisement.*
2. List contact/source.
3. Title your release.
4. Please use sentence case (not all caps).
5. Leave at least one blank line between paragraphs.
6. Attachments are accepted, but we prefer to have the story included in the body of the message.
7. Articles will not necessarily be posted with a photo, even if one is submitted.
8. Releases requiring more than simple editing will not be posted.
9. Releases submitted should be professional in nature. If you need help with a release we have experienced individuals that we are happy to refer you to.

RacingWest reserves the right to choose what material is posted and when it is posted.

No photo may be taken from this site without permission. Remember someone invested time and money to get that shot. Usually approval is given if credit is applied. Just ask first please.
