With three races remaining in the INEX Raceiver Legends series, I am now tied for the semi-pro National Championship and have a 67 point lead in the Young Lions division. For the last 7 races our team has concentrated on division wins. For those unfamiliar with legend racing in Southern California, all legends drivers race together. The divisions are semi-pro (which are drivers who are new to the division) Pro’s (Which are drivers who have had success as semi-pros) and Master (which are drivers over the age of 40). This would be like Cup and Busch drivers competing on the same track at the same time, they are just racing in their own division. Often this means that drivers will have to pass drivers in the other division before they get to a driver that they are actually racing against for a division position. Like I said, we have been concentrating on division wins, of the last 7 races, at Las Vegas Motor Speedway I have 5 division wins, one being an overall win, at Willow Springs raceway I have one division win and another win at Orange Show Speedway.

We put a new Bullet Engine in my Vegas car and it hasn’t let me down yet. Bobby out at Bullet builds a great motor. I have to thank him for building our engine quick enough that I don’t miss a race. He is a great guy.

I was able to race my speed truck at an open competition race at Orange Show Speedway, and had a great night. I set fast time in both the legend car and the speed truck. I won the truck race, which felt great.

School is going well I am averaging a B in all my classes. I sure do get a lot more homework in High School and am learning to manage my time between racing and school, getting homework done on the drive to and from Vegas.
