Merry Chrismas
 
 

I like things that are quick and easy because I'm on the go a lot.  For people like me who always seem to be in a hurry, here's one of my favorite recipes:
  1. Saute 1 cup of sliced mushrooms, 6-8 chopped green onions and 2 cloves  garlic in butter.

  2. Add 1/2 lb. of fresh medium size shrimp and 1/2 lb. of Bay scallops.  Continue to cook over medium heat until seafood is done.  Drain excess liquid from pan.

  3. Add 16 oz. of prepared alfredo sauce (we like the Monterey Pasta Company brand) and 1/4 cup dry white wine.  Stir and continue cooking until heated through.

  4. Meanwhile, prepare a package of refrigerated cheese ravioli (again, we like the ones from the Monterey Pasta Company) as directed on the package.  Drain.

  5. Toss sauce and seafood mixture with cooked ravioli and you have a meal in less than 30 minutes!
