How will you spend Christmas: Our team will be working for the Fred Jordan Mission in downtown Los Angeles on Sunday Dec. 19th. The mission provides a Christmas program every year for the less fortunate kids that live in the inner city. They have asked us to display our race car this year and we will have Joe Bean there to help us and sign autographs. Anywhere from 20 to 30 thousand people show up for this yearly event and our team has worked it for the last 12 years. We will be distributing toys, food and clothes. Larry is currently living in Mooresville, NC pursuing his racing career. He's been there for the last year, working towards finding a sponsor for either a Winston West, Busch or Truck program. There are lots of irons in the fire at present and we're hoping by the beginning of next season he has something locked into place. While Larry has been back there he has had the opportunity to work with the Joe Falk #91 Winston Cup team, has helped Morgan Shepherd as Crew Chief and was also on standby as a back up driver for Jeremy Mayfield at Watkins Glen. He has been following the Winston Cup schedule, trying to attend as many races as possible. It's been just killing him not to be behind the wheel.

We would also like to take this opportunity to congratulate Sean Woodside and Bill McAnally Racing, on their 1999 Winston West Championship. We really miss spending our weekends with the Winston West Family.
